The pageant night of the Miss Teen USA 2010 has just culminated and the winner are being announced in thid night's pageant event. The winner of the most prestigious night is no other than, Kamie Crawford of the state of Maryland.
The first runner up is Lexi Atkins of Illinois, 2nd runner up is Emma Baker of California, 3rd runner up is Angelina Layton of Utah, and the 4th runner up is Haley Sowers of Mississippi.
